WoRKIN iT oUT

~I saw 2 great kids make a bad decision yesterday. What surprised me the most was how many people are affected by ones bad choice. As I watched them walk separately to school today I started counting how many people were affected, it wasn't just siblings or friends, but I am sure it was parents too. The count was 11 that I could tell.
Makes me want to remember that the bad choices I make not only affect me, but others as well. Don't really like to be writing about this, but my blog is called "Life" and the title of this little piece is workin it out. So this is how I'm workin it out?~

I was reading in Genensis today,, when some verses in Genesis popped out at me
Genesis 19:17: As soon as they had brought them out, one of them said,"Flee for your lives! DONT' LOOK BACK, and don't stop anywhere in the plain! Flee to the mountains or you will be swept away
19:26;"But Lot's wife looked back, and she became a pillar of salt."

NOTES from the Bible; Lot's wife turned to look at the smoldering city of Sodom. Clinging to the past, she was unwilling to TURN COMPLETELY away. Are you looking back longingly at sin while trying to move forward with God? You can't make progress with God as long as your are holding on to pieces of your old live. Jesus said it this way in Matthew 6:24 "No one can serve two masters."

~Can I trust him in all things? ABSOLUTELY!! Time to move forward with God!~

A little more on this poking thing... Sibling are not included or allowed to poke. If done the response will be," They touched me". Which usually starts more things.
So far as I can tell it is just for friends.
If you go towards Haylee with a finger in position to poke, she will automatically go in to "poke defense stance"
